I've noticed that many successful relationships form in the early stages because people somehow feel or see the potential into the future. This vision is important so that you can jump on the right opportunities while at the same time valuing the present moment.

Some people are better at that than others, but it's important to be aware of it and pay attention to how something may develop into the future.

Take for example when you get a new job. Often, people are willing to start 'low' in order to move up the ranks. Well, sometimes relationships that don't look all that special, may become lucky strikes for someone who had the foresight - consciously or subconsciously - to go for it. And most of all, you will not have regrets later-on that you may have missed something.

Of course, that doesn't mean that you should go against your gut. I still believe that we all know inside of us what's right for us and what is not. But my point is that you should never underestimate any situation's future potential.

Some of the most successful people on this earth will tell you that they never ignored something that came their way. This is very valuable knowledge and I invite everyone to think more about this, whether it's in relationships, work, contacts, friends, family etc.

I also think that while we are the drivers of our destiny, lots of 'opportunities' are thrown our way by the destiny, or the universe if you will. So, don't underestimate the power of a potential encounter, or a friendship or even a smile. Live to enjoy everything life has to offer.
