I want the throw a singles only party. Does anyone have any ideas or ways to go about wording this on an invitation as not to offend my attached friends?

Put "singles party" on the invitation, you cover all your bases.

Just send the invitation to singles only and do not send it to anyone who's attached. If the issues comes up because they hear it from someone, say just that, that it's for your single friends. You may want to throw in that you will be doing or saying things that attached people would not find interesting.

Oh I love theme parties! One I saw on Sex & The City was everyone brought an eligible person of the opposite sex that they haven't dated or are interested in. That makes the ratio of women:men perfect. You could also host your very own speed dating event - how fun!
