As a man, how often should I go to a doctor for a checkup? I know women's general rule is one year, do you think it's the same for men?

I think yearly is a good general rule. I don't do it often enough, but I know as we get older it's pretty important to get routine tests done.

Annual Physical. As you get older, going twice a year isn't a bad idea either. Can't even be too careful.

Definitely have an annual physical. It's always best to identify medical problems sooner than later.

as you get older the time between visits should decrease. you'll need to get regular checkups more often to make sure all the parts of your body are working properly. I'd say once a year is ok, but maybe twice is better. couldn't hurt to make sure all the pieces of the puzzle are in the right place.

Every 3-5 years before your 40, then every year after that unless you have health issues.
