Have you ever checked the "resources" tab? The site actually has some good books up for suggestion. If it interests you, check out the "The Power of Positive Confrontation" - it is a really, really good read!

Try " the leadership and self deception"

Ian McEwan's new novel, Solar, is pretty great. Just started You Shall Know Our Velocity by Dave Eggers and am enjoying that so far.

That new Tina Fey book "Bossypants" is a fun read. its easy and light - you might enjoy it.

Sophie - I went and picked up the book you mentioned, it is incredible so far! I wasn't even looking for anything, but thanks for the suggestion!!

The new book from Tina Fey - totally worth it!

If you're up for some fiction, get "The Art of Racing in the Rain". It's a great book and it's narrated by a dog!!! Yes, it's all from the perspective of a dog and how he's observing the members of the family he lives with etc. Really inspiring and different. I couldn't put it down...
