When do I ask for a raise?
I am a solid employee. I always get my work done. I am always there on time. I'm very reliable. I've only been working for 3 months though. Is it too soon to ask for a raise? When is an appropriate time to do so?

I would not ask for a raise until you've been there for a year at least, especially not in this economy.
